Our rates are non - negotiable and subject to NY state tax (8.875%)
We accept cash and paypal payments
We don't accept personal checks
We accept all major credit cards (amex, visa, mastercard and discover)
First time clients pays upfront
Returning clients using the service more than 3 times a week must deposit half of the service fee and the other half will be billed once the whole service contract is finish.
We have the right to refuse services for aggressive dogs and cats.
If your pet is on medication please leave us written instruction.
Please notify your vet that Woof Meow Roar is caring for your pets incase of emergencies.
We have the right to refuse care if we believe the pet is ill, contagious, stressed or malnourished.
Our visit time may be adjusted due to heavy caseload or circumstances such as pet illness, traffic, weather conditions or unexpected events.
For Cancellations: we ask to cancel 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. a charge will be made if the walkers shows up and you no longer needs the service. (please cancel on time)
